Seth is a partner in our Commercial Real Estate Group. His practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, co-ownership and development of commercial, industrial and multi-family real estate.
He represents leading developers, builders, landlords, asset managers and investors.
As counsel on numerous condominium, subdivision and purpose-built rental projects, Seth handles the full project life cycle, from the acquisition, financing and development of the lands to the sale or lease-up of lots and units. His practice includes drafting condominium documents, agreements of purchase and sale for new homes and condominiums, Committee of Adjustment applications, land titles applications, development agreements, and the registration of subdivision and condominium plans.
Seth regularly prepares and negotiates a wide range of real estate-related agreements and documents, including agreements of purchase and sale, leases, cost sharing agreements, loan and security documents. In addition, Seth advises his clients on tailoring real estate ownership and joint venture structures, preparing and negotiating co-ownership agreements, limited partnership agreements and management agreements.
Seth prioritizes attention to detail, timeliness and understanding the business of his clients. He provides practical, strategic advice to assist his clients in achieving their objectives.
