A partner in the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, Jen advises clients on complex commercial and construction issues, bringing a practical, highly organized, and detail-driven approach to each matter. Her practice focuses on shareholder and partnership disputes, oppression remedy claims, complex contractual disputes, fraud, and construction matters involving liens, breach of contract, delay, and breach of trust. As part of this work, she also addresses technical real property issues, including ownership and title matters, easements, and boundary disputes.
A wide range of clients, from individuals and homeowners to public and private business owners, developers, and contractors, rely on Jen for her ability to quickly master complex facts, understand the commercial and industry context of their disputes, and anticipate issues that can affect both litigation strategy and commercial outcomes. She focuses on efficient, business-minded resolution where possible, while remaining a disciplined and effective advocate when disputes must be litigated. She is frequently retained on matters involving dense records, technical issues, or heightened stakes, where careful judgment, organization, and follow-through are critical to the outcome.
Jen has a strong track record of success in complex litigation matters and has advanced disputes through to trial where required, including in commercial and construction lien proceedings.
