Noah Ciglen

Noah is an associate in our Commercial Real Estate Group. He advises clients on all aspects of real estate law, including commercial sales and acquisitions, financing, development, social and affordable housing, and leasing. 

Noah’s experience includes the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of real estate related agreements, including agreements of purchase and sale, credit agreements and asset backed security documents, co-ownership agreements and commercial and industrial leases.

In addition to having a broad commercial real estate practice, Noah acts for developers and builders on their condominium and subdivision projects, managing the full project lifecycle, from the acquisition, financing and development of the lands to the sale of lots and units. Noah’s experience includes drafting the agreements of purchase and sale for new homes and condominiums, land titles applications, development agreements, drafting condominium documents and the registration of subdivision and condominium plans.

Prior to joining Torkin Manes, Noah practised at a business law firm in Toronto. He also worked as a policy analyst for the Province of Ontario.
