Vlad Mihaescu

An associate in the Corporate/Commercial, M&A and Cannabis Law Groups, Vlad provides counsel on a wide range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate reorganizations and the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts.

Vlad works closely with clients at each stage of a transaction, from collaborating with clients at the outset in negotiating the terms of a deal to closing the transaction. He also advises clients on commercial and business law matters relating to the day-to-day activities of their businesses.
