Leslie McGowran

An associate in the Banking & Financial Services and Corporate/Commercial Groups, Leslie’s practice focuses primarily on debt financing transactions. She acts for a wide range of clients, including public, private and institutional entities, on a wide range of transactions including asset-based loans, secured and unsecured financings including private equity sponsored acquisitions, cross-border loans, syndicated and bilateral loans, and vendor-take-back arrangements.
