As a partner in our Corporate/Commercial Group, Dania acts for clients on a wide range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses. Dania also frequently advises clients on reorganizations, financings, commercial contracts, shareholder issues and agreements, corporate governance issues and other day-to-day corporate and commercial matters.
While Dania has extensive experience representing clients across a wide array of industries, her business law practice focuses on advising professionals and businesses in regulated health sectors, including veterinary medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, medicine and other governed professions. Dania advises her healthcare clients on their acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, corporate structuring, commercial contracts, equity and debt financings, corporate governance mandates and other corporate and regulatory matters, with a deep knowledge and understanding of the unique ownership and operational constraints that apply in regulated health sectors.
