Torkin Manes Congratulates our Four Newly Promoted Partners

Torkin Manes is pleased to announce the promotion of four of our lawyers—Sarah Boyle, Yale Hertzman, Roland Hung and Dania Mastrorillo—to the partnership, effective immediately.

Throughout their respective practices, each of these individuals consistently exemplifies the highest standards of the bar and demonstrates an unwavering commitment to our firm’s core values of professional excellence and personalized client service. Collectively and individually, they are tremendous assets to their areas of expertise, as well as to the firm as a whole.

Having built a robust practice within the firm’s Family Law Group, Sarah Boyle provides legal counsel on all areas of family law, including the full spectrum of issues arising from separation, marriage and cohabitation agreements. Clients turn to her to manage complex parenting, property and support issues, as well as high-net-worth and inter-jurisdictional matters. When conflicts arise that cannot be addressed through alternative dispute resolution, Sarah leverages her exceptional advocacy skills when representing her clients in court.

As a member of the firm’s Corporate/Commercial Group, Yale Hertzman advises a broad range of clients, from family-owned and closely held enterprises to large public and private corporations. A trusted advisor to her clients, Yale frequently provides general, day-to-day commercial and business law advice and acts as an external “in-house” counsel, advising clients on commercial and legal issues impacting their businesses.

Roland Hung has steadily built a practice that encompasses all aspects of business law, with emphasis on technology, privacy compliance, cybersecurity and data management. He provides the full spectrum of privacy and data management counsel, leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience to provide strategic privacy compliance, cybersecurity and data management advice to a variety of organizations. His clients benefit from his expertise in navigating complex legal and privacy compliance requirements of new products and technologies, as well as handling issues raised by artificial intelligence, social media, surveillance, identification and authentication, among other technological advancements.

As a member of Torkin Manes’ Corporate/Commercial Group, Dania Mastrorillo acts for clients on a wide range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses. Dania also advises clients on general commercial and business law matters relating to the day-to-day activities of their businesses. Clients rely on Dania as a strategic advisor through all stages of their transactions, from the outset of negotiating the terms of a deal to closing.

Please join us in congratulating Sarah, Yale, Roland and Dania as they embark on this significant next step of their careers.
