Sammy Redlick

A partner and the Chair of Torkin Manes’ Corporate/Commercial Group, Sammy has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity and general corporate/commercial law matters across a range of industries.

Sammy’s clients benefit from his sharp business acumen, strong negotiation skills and big-picture mindset; qualities that position him as a strategic advisor on all types of transactions, including multifaceted mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, private equity sponsored transactions, management buyouts, succession planning arrangements and corporate reorganizations. Having a keen understanding of the pace of a transaction, Sammy confidently delivers practical, value-added advice and works collaboratively with opposing parties and their counsel toward the successful completion of a given transaction.
