David Witkowski

Dave is a partner in our Corporate Commercial, Private Equity and Venture Capital and M&A Groups. He provides counsel on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including purchase and sale transactions, debt and equity financings, commercial contracts, governance matters and day-to-day business law advice.

Dave represents local and international owner-operators, strategic investors, private equity and minority equityholders through purchases and sales, investments, leveraged buyouts and general commercial matters.  Dave takes a practical approach to law, focusing on helping clients navigate complex legal and business matters in a timely and effective manner.  In addition to his legal practice, Dave serves as a director on a number of not-for-profit boards.
