Melanie Zetusian

An associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, Melanie maintains a general litigation practice, representing clients in all manner of commercial and civil disputes.

In her previous role at a leading litigation boutique, Melanie gained considerable experience advising clients on a broad range of matters, including contractual disputes, franchise litigation, defamation, and shareholder disputes. She represented both plaintiffs and defendants across several industries, including automotive, construction, and insurance.

Melanie articled at the Ministry of the Attorney General and clerked for the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, providing her the opportunity to see the law through a unique lens. Melanie’s experience in both the public and private sectors has given her an advantage in advocating on behalf of a wide variety of clients across multiple areas of law. Melanie actively dedicates time to ongoing professional development in the legal community.
