Kayla Kwinter elected to the Ontario Bar Association Construction and Infrastructure Law Executive

Torkin Manes lawyer Kayla Kwinter has been elected to the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) Construction and Infrastructure Law Executive for the 2019-2020 term. Kayla will be joining as a Member at Large.

The members of the OBA Construction and Infrastructure Law Section deal with a broad range of topics concerning commercial, industrial and residential development and construction.

The issues debated in programs and newsletters affect financial institutions, developers, owners, building trades, contractors, subcontractors, property managers, engineers, insurers, architects, sureties, planners and other suppliers to the construction industry.
