Lexie Cooper

An associate in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, Lexie practises civil and commercial litigation, with a practice that spans a broad range of contentious civil and commercial matters, including contractual and shareholder disputes, civil disputes involving fiduciary obligations and other forms of civil liability, commercial leasing and real estate-related disputes, provincial offences matters and other business-related litigation.

She acts for corporations, developers, tenants, business owners, and individuals in disputes requiring strategic and practical solutions, and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court.

Before returning to the firm as an associate, Lexie gained experience both at a boutique law firm and in-house at a telecommunications company, providing her with a well-rounded and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution. She is known for her thoughtful problem-solving and attention to detail.

Prior to returning as an associate, Lexie summered and articled at Torkin Manes.
