Mikaila Venturo

An associate in Torkin Manes’ Corporate/Commercial Group, Mikaila’s practice focuses on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and business law matters with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities, private equity, joint ventures, funds, and partnerships.

While in law school Mikaila worked for the Business Law Clinic, where she worked closely with business owners and gained a unique understanding of the many ways to address her clients’ needs. Mikaila brings this experience into her current practice to ensure that clients are provided with practical business advice and personalized solutions.

Prior to returning as an associate, Mikaila summered and articled at Torkin Manes.
