Marco P. Falco to Lecture at Osgoode Hall Law School on Administrative Law and AI

Marco P. Falco, Partner in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, will be delivering a guest lecture on October 15, 2026, at Osgoode Hall Law School on the implications of artificial intelligence for Canadian administrative law. Marco will be discussing how modern administrative law doctrine can respond to challenges posed by AI in the tribunal and judicial review context, including concerns about access to justice and the rule of law.
