Sondra Rebenchuk

As Director of AI & Innovation, Sondra leads firm-wide initiatives spanning the evaluation and implementation of emerging legal technologies, including artificial intelligence, process innovation, and AI-enhanced service offerings that drive operational efficiency across the firm.

Before joining Torkin Manes, Sondra spearheaded the legal technology and knowledge management function at a leading national law firm. In that role, she was responsible for developing strategic initiatives, driving adoption, and collaborating closely with lawyers and firm leadership to integrate innovative tools and streamlined processes into everyday legal practice. Sondra began her legal career practicing at a law firm in Toronto, where she focused on M&A and securities.
