Torkin Manes is pleased to welcome Sondra Rebenchuk to the firm as Director, AI & Innovation.

In this newly established leadership role, Sondra will spearhead the firm’s strategic initiatives in artificial intelligence, legal technology and innovation. Working collaboratively with lawyers and business professionals across the firm, she will identify and implement technologies that enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows and support the delivery of exceptional client service.

Sondra brings extensive experience in legal innovation, artificial intelligence strategy and technology adoption. Most recently, she led Practice Innovation at a national law firm, where she oversaw firm-wide legal technology initiatives and the implementation of generative AI solutions. Prior to that, she advised law firms across North America as an AI consultant, helping organizations evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into their practices. Sondra began her career as a corporate lawyer, providing her with a unique perspective on the practical application of technology within legal services.
