Falco, Partner in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution, will deliver a continued professional development program, along with his co-panelist, Brandon Kain, at the Law Society of Ontario program, "Buying and Selling A Business 2026" on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Marco will discuss the Court of Appeal’s latest word on the interpretation of commercial contracts in Project Freeway Inc. v. ABC Technologies Inc, 2025 ONCA 855.
