Annie Tayyab to Moderate Panel on Global Financial Disputes at SABA North America 2026 Annual Conference

Annie Tayyab, associate in our Litigation Group, will be moderating a panel at the South Asian Bar Association (SABA) North America's 2026 Annual Conference, taking place June 18–21, 2026, in San Diego, California.

The panel, Global Financial Disputes: Navigating Cross-Border Trading, Regulation, and Dispute Resolution in Finance & Energy, will bring together leading legal and industry professionals to discuss the increasingly complex challenges of resolving disputes that span multiple jurisdictions, regulatory frameworks, and global markets.

As capital markets and energy sectors become more interconnected, disputes involving financial institutions, multinational corporations, and sovereign-linked entities frequently involve parallel proceedings, regulatory scrutiny, and stakeholder interests across borders. The discussion will explore litigation and dispute-resolution issues arising from derivatives governed by ISDA documentation, creditor and lender disputes, energy market transactions, renewable energy projects, and ESG-linked financial arrangements, including virtual power purchase agreements.

The session will provide attendees with practical insights into navigating complex cross-border disputes where effective coordination between litigation, regulatory, transactional, and commercial stakeholders is essential.
