Shalan Jankowski

Shalan is a law clerk in the Banking, Finance & Insolvency Group. Shalan’ s practice focuses on a variety of financing transactions, with an emphasis on asset-based lending.

Shalan’ s practice includes insolvency and restructuring matters where she assists with bankruptcies, receiverships, security enforcements and realizations. Shalan also provides support to the Corporate/Commercial Group assisting with diligence matters.

Shalan has extensive experience assisting the firm and its clients with Personal Property Security Act (Ontario) matters and perfection and priority issues arising from registrations made thereunder.
