Darryl T. Mann ^*

With more than 35 years of experience, Darryl is as a senior partner in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. He provides strategic advisory counsel, guiding clients through their business affairs, operations and strategies. Darryl has consistently acted as lead counsel before numerous judicial and arbitral bodies, both nationally and internationally and has represented clients before a broad spectrum of administrative and regulatory tribunals and commissions in complex disputes.

From 2007 to 2009, Darryl served as President of the International Alliance of Law Firms (now Ally Law), a global network of select law firms.

Leveraging his strong business acumen and expertise, Darryl has played an active role across multiple firm functions for many years. He chaired both the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group and the Marketing and Business Development Committee, and was a longstanding member of the firm’s Compensation and Finance Committees. 

Recognized as one of Canada’s preeminent commercial litigators and dispute resolution counsel, Darryl has been named a Benchmark Litigation Star for six consecutive years (2020–2025).
