Zeph Hlapcic

A summer student at Torkin Manes, Zeph is a Juris Doctor candidate at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law.

At law school, Zeph is the co-founder and Vice President of the Legal Advocates for Cancer Awareness, where he helps lead fundraising and advocacy initiatives in support of cancer research and awareness. He also served as First Year Representative for the Common Law Student Society Athletic Committee during the 2024-2025 academic year.

Beyond his academic and community involvement, Zeph contributes to the university’s varsity athletic programs as both a sports statistician and game day lead for multiple varsity teams.

Prior to joining Torkin Manes as a Summer Student, Zeph worked at a regional boutique law firm.
