Lara Gradil

As the Manager, Student and Associate Programs, Lara works closely with the Director of Talent and Recruitment on various aspects of the firm’s Legal Talent portfolio including recruitment, mentorship, and professional development programs. To complement her role, Lara is a member of the Canadian Section of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) and, internally, a member of Torkin Manes’ Diversity and Inclusion Committee. 

Prior to joining Torkin Manes, Lara was an associate at a boutique law firm in Toronto, where she practised Business Immigration Law. Lara leverages her knowledge and experience as a lawyer in private practice to provide informed advice in support of the firm’s legal talent.
