Jessica Virk

Jessica is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group, with a practice that encompasses all manner of residential real estate law, including purchases, sales, mortgage refinancing, estate transfers, and negotiating and drafting agreements of purchase and sale. She also has experience with commercial real estate transactions, drafting and reviewing commercial leases, share purchase agreements, and shareholder agreements.

Jessica represents a wide range of clients, such as borrowers, private lenders and financial institutions (chartered banks and credit unions), on commercial real estate financings.
