Dagmar Smetana

Dagmar is a law clerk in our Corporate Services Group.

She has extensive and varied experience in all aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, asset and share purchases, sales, corporate refinancing, roll-overs, financing matters, incorporations, continuances, amalgamations, amendments, revivals, dissolutions, extra-provincial registrations and maintenance, business name and partnership registrations, due diligence searches and reviews, summaries of corporate records, corporate records maintenance, and preparation of remedial and reorganization documents.

Prior to joining Torkin Manes, Dagmar worked as a law clerk at a boutique law firm, as well as at a national firm based in Toronto.
