A partner in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, Colby’s practice encompasses all manner of civil and commercial litigation, with special expertise in complex commercial and insolvency disputes.

Leveraging his exceptional advocacy skills, Colby has successfully represented a range of clients – from multinational corporations to individuals – in a variety of matters, including complex commercial, estate, and bankruptcy and insolvency litigation before all levels of courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
