Lujza Csanyi appointed to OBA Health Law Executive
Overview
Torkin Manes is pleased to announce that our associate, Lujza Csanyi, has been appointed to the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) Health Law Executive for the 2026-2027 term. Lujza will be joining as the Technology Liaison.
The members of the OBA Health Law Section work in private practice, government agencies, regulatory bodies or in-house and deal with diverse issues including complaints and discipline of health care professionals, mental health/consent and capacity, corporate health, duties and standards of care, and health policy.
Patient rights, privacy of health information, end of life decision-making, and the regulation of health professionals are among the hot topics debated in the Health Law Section’s programs and publications.
