Joshua Tayar

An associate in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, Joshua’s practice comprises a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including contractual and shareholder disputes, debtor-creditor law, and real estate and insolvency litigation.

Leveraging his strong advocacy skills and pragmatic approach, Joshua acts on behalf of a wide range of clients, from individuals to corporations, in all forms of dispute resolution. In building his litigation practice, he has represented clients at mediations, private arbitrations, and various levels of court in Ontario.

With service excellence at the forefront of everything he does, Joshua invests time at the outset of new matters to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs, allowing him to provide strategic guidance and counsel. He identifies creative approaches to legal problems before advancing solutions that maximize his clients’ chances of achieving favourable outcomes.
