Alyssa Campana

Alyssa is an associate in Torkin Manes’ Corporate/Commercial Group. Her practice focuses on domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, private equity transactions, equity financings and corporate reorganizations. She also advises on general corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance, shareholder and partnership arrangements and other day-to-day business matters.

Prior to returning as an associate, Alyssa summered and articled at Torkin Manes.
