Acted for The Bailey Group on its acquisition of Agway Metals Inc.

On May 31, 2021, the Bailey Group (“Bailey”) completed its purchase of Agway Metals Inc. (“Agway”). Both companies principally manufacture various roll-formed steel products used in the construction industry.

Bailey primarily supplies interior building products, and, more specifically, caters to the commercial framing and drywall finishing industries. Agway supplies exterior building products, such as metal roof systems and exterior cladding.
