Nishana Geer

Nishana is a law clerk in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Torkin Manes.

Nishana has widespread experience in all aspects of commercial real estate. She conducts title searches, prepares requisition letters and drafts loan documents for various lenders. Nishana also has experience co-ordinating all due diligence matters in connection with purchases and financings of commercial real estate and facilitating closings. Her other responsibilities include assisting with title repair work including identifying title issues and liaising with Land Registrars regarding title and registration issues.
