Profile
Barry is a senior partner in our Corporate/Commercial Group, with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, especially international transactions. He has represented both purchasers and vendors in numerous Canadian-based business transactions and acts as counsel to numerous European, American and international clients who are establishing businesses in Canada and acquiring Canadian-based operations. He also represents Canadian-based industries seeking to expand internationally.
Barry is a certified mediator and arbitrator and actively mediates and arbitrates business disputes.
Barry has served on the Board of Directors of several companies and a number of charitable organizations.
