Anna Pylypiv

As a Law Clerk in Torkin Manes’ Residential Real Estate Group, Anna supports lawyers and clients on all aspects of real estate transactions from commencement to closing.

Anna brings more than 10 years of experience to her role, including conducting title and due diligence searches; drafting closing documentation for purchases, sales and financings; preparing and replying to requisition letters; preparing and registering electronic documents; and liaising with clients, financial institutions, municipal offices, brokerages and title insurance companies to efficiently and ably service Torkin Manes’ clients.

Anna’s prior experience in corporate and estates law is also of significant benefit to her work at Torkin Manes, as her role in our Commercial Real Estate Group encompasses working closely with lawyers, clerks and clients in various practice areas throughout the firm.
