Ishani Saxena

An articling student at Torkin Manes, Ishani is a recent graduate of the University of Toronto where she obtained her Master of Laws.

While in law school, Ishani participated in moots and held various research and teaching assistant positions. During that time, she worked as a law student at renowned law firms and at the Delhi High Court, Telangana Hight Court and Trial Courts in India.

Ishani is a closely associated member of the South Asian Bar Association (SABA Toronto) and regularly helps organize events. She is one of two Articling Student Ambassadors for the Ontario Bar Association for 2024/2025. She also holds the position of Student Member at Large for the Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law Section with the Ontario Bar Association.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ishani finds joy in the thrilling world of motorsports and is an ardent Formula 1 fan. She is also a culinary explorer, always eager to whip up new recipes and savour different cuisines.
